This is due to our team of loyal chefs who are committed to preparing creative imaginative dishes from fresh locally sourced produce. Our butcher, WP Tulloch of Paisley, uses just 5 particular farms in the local area, including his own, which has a highly regarded reputation for breeding top quality Aberdeen Angus Beef.

Our Dinner Menu is available in the RESTAURANT, originally an old beamed barn it provides more occasion dining with professional, attentive service on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunches also an Early Evening Menu is available between 6pm and 7pm on these days
